We accept returned items in the same condition it was sent.  The customer is responsible for shipping the returned barrel.

Canceled Orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.  We will require an email with the Order # and your name to process the refund.

Once an order enters production (typically 3 to 5 business days), cancellation of the order is subject to a 35% restocking fee.  You are liable for your order details and specifications, so we do not refund incorrectly ordered products.

Our lead time will vary depending on parts availability and current work loads. Typical lead times for barrels in stock are typically shipped out in 1 to 2 business days after ordering.

If the barrel or other parts are not in stock lead times can drift out to one year or longer. Lead times on barreled actions are typically in the 4 to 6 month lead time, but sometimes the lead times can run into a year+ time frame.

Complete rifles are typically 6 months to 1 year but at times can extend out further.

Due to shipping companies’ inconsistent reliability, we can not guarantee shipping.  If you’d like a guarantee with shipping, we can add insurance/guarantee.

We offer a $10 add-on option to insure the package, and if the package is lost, damaged,d or for whatever reason doesn’t make it, we will ship another item out to you at no additional cost.

If the part ordered is unavailable,e we will swap for the same-priced item.

Prices shown on the website reflect a cash price, a 3.5% credit card fee will be applied to any purhcase.
